RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow the organization's HS&E policies, procedures and mandatory instructions; identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the wellbeing of oneself and others in the workplace; instruct the team in safe working methods; identify instances of risky behaviors within the team and take appropriate action, escalating serious issues as appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
- University (First degree)
- Basic experience of simple office / operational systems.
- Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
- Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing, monitoring, interpreting and understanding policies and procedures, ensuring they match organizational strategies and objectives.
- Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
- Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
- Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed.
- Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on acquiring, organizing, protecting and processing data to fulfill business objectives.
- Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to manage projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters.
- Manages and applies safe systems of work without supervision and provides technical guidance when required.
- Identifies, assesses, prioritizes and manages risks in a production process without supervision and provides technical guidance when required.
