Job Description

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Analyze projects developed by third parties and propose improvements.
2. Map, with the units, all necessary actions to ensure and improve concession performance.
3. Monitor the execution of works according to physical and financial schedules.
4. Produce technical drawings of parts, products, installations, or buildings using specialized software.
5. Participate in technical meetings with multidisciplinary teams to gather data and information for projects.
6. Organize, hire, control, and monitor contracts with outsourced designers.
7. Support the standardization of projects, organization of technical documentation, and use of electronic document management platforms.
8. Work in an integrated manner with multidisciplinary areas of operations engineering and business units.
9. Verify and measure activities carried out on-site.
10. Track and control construction costs based on monthly measurements.
11. Provide technical support for project management.
12. Review and validate monthly measurements in accordance with measurement reports (BM) as per contract terms.
13. Validate daily service reports (RDS), ensuring consistency between activities, adherence to QSSMA procedures, measurements, physical progress, financials, and contractual balances.

Required Skills and Competencies

Personal Requirements:

• Technical or higher education in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Hydraulic Modeling, and construction planning is desirable. Experience in sanitation is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of technical registration systems and georeferencing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks, Revit, and other design software.
• Knowledge and application of the Sanitation Project Manual (MPS) and Hydrosanitary Project Manual (MPHS) from SANEPAR.
• Understanding of applicable technical standards (ABNT, ISO, etc.).
• Knowledge of construction cost compositions based on public data.
• Stay updated on technological trends and innovations relevant to the role.
• Proficiency in GIS software such as QGIS and ArcGIS.
