Job Description

We are seeking a professional with the following qualifications and experience:

  1. Graduation in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  2. Post-graduation in People Management, Organizational Psychology, Strategic Management, or related areas.
  3. Experience in HR subsystems: recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance evaluation programs, training and development, organizational climate and culture, internal marketing, compensation and benefits, metrics, report preparation, and leadership support.
  4. Experience with sector implementation.
  5. Knowledge of people analytics, behavioral assessment tools, competencies, and performance management.
  6. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  7. Operational ERP handling skills.
