Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

• Developing web applications and RESTful APIs using various languages including Java, Kotlin, and JavaScript;
• Creating user interfaces and single-page browser applications with HTML, CSS, React, and JavaScript;
• Managing relational databases such as MySQL;
• Following agile methodologies naturally;
• Promoting knowledge dissemination and providing technical support to the development area;
• Guiding and defining technical guidelines for requirements gathering with clients;
• Assisting in mentoring junior developers and contributing to project decision-making;
• Supporting task prioritization, technical delivery management, and work organization;
• Working collaboratively in an agile environment, promoting rituals and practices that help the team deliver value continuously.

Main Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

• Complete higher education in computing or related field;
• Good proficiency in English;
• Solid experience in development;
• Code quality practices (TDD, Clean Code) and Code Review;
• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns;
• Expertise in software engineering practices: automated testing, version control, CI/CD;
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within the development team;
• Proactivity in problem-solving;
• Leadership capacity focused on collaboration and people development.
