Job Description: Commercial Strategist at Kärcher

As a WOW at Kärcher, you will:

  1. Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products;
  2. Develop campaigns, commercial actions, and support materials for the sales force;
  3. Work with distribution channels, resellers, and direct sales;
  4. Act as a point of connection between internal areas (commercial, marketing, and product);
  5. Participate in visits to clients and distributors to gather insights and implement field actions;
  6. Support the building of a commercial culture focused on scalability and growth of new business fronts.

It would be WOW if you bring the following:

  1. Complete higher education;
  2. Experience with technical consumables;
  3. Communicative profile, commercial, with a product vision;
  4. Experience with campaigns and sales activation actions;
  5. Ability to structure actions that bring the product closer to the seller and the customer;
  6. Availability to travel.
