The role involves controlling the flow of activities under your responsibility, guiding, organizing, and distributing tasks among assistants and auxiliary staff related to personnel administration, including admission, leave, attendance, and termination processes.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper admission procedures, system data entry, preparing onboarding kits, integrating new employees, managing PIS registration, submitting RDTs to Caixa Econômica, and sending experience evaluations, all following the established flow.

You will also ensure accurate data entry for overtime, absences, and tardiness in payroll, analyze attendance records, adjust schedules for hourly and monthly employees, and handle the procurement and data entry for transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health and dental co-participation, payroll loans, childcare reimbursements, alimony, and other miscellaneous entries through system checks and file imports.

Requirements include higher education in Human Resources or related fields (ongoing or completed). Experience as a generalist is desirable, as well as proficiency with the TOTVS RM system and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
