The HR Personnel Payroll Specialist is dedicated to applying expertise in payroll to support the organization's objectives. This role focuses on delivering high-quality results in payroll processing while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Provides expert advice and support in payroll and benefits
  • Carries out payroll accounting for the employee group to ensure accurate and timely payment and benefits processing
  • Takes care of correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies, authorities, and government agencies to ensure smooth communication and compliance with regulations
  • Looks after, advises, and supports employees and managers on payroll tax and social security issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
  • Manages the entry and maintenance of employee master data and digital personnel files to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Prepares monthly reports and statistics, determines personnel-related provisions, and reconciles relevant accounting accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualifications
  • Skills & Competencies: Care & Connect, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Change, Personal Development, Responsibility & Reliability, Expertise, Self-Management, Social security, labor and payroll tax law [deep knowledge], Payroll Tool [basic knowledge]
  • Experience with the ADP system
  • Education: Apprenticeship required, Bachelor‘s degree preferred
  • Languages: Proficient in national language, Upper-Intermediate in English
  • Work Experience: Professional experience in a comparable position/payroll department
