Responsibilities and duties

• Collect, organize, and analyze transactional data from acquiring, sub-acquiring, and financial flows;
• Monitor key indicators (e.g., approval rate, chargebacks, fraud, MDR) and create regular reports for stakeholders;
• Identify patterns and anomalies in payment flows, proposing solutions to optimize processes and reduce costs;
• Build interactive dashboards to assist product and operations teams in decision-making;
• Collaborate with product teams to analyze the impact of changes in payment flows or strategic partnerships;
• Monitor the effectiveness of anti-fraud strategies and propose data-driven adjustments;
• Support financial analyses for dynamic pricing of rates and promotions in payment services.

Requirements and qualifications

• Data Analysis: Experience handling large volumes of transactional and financial data;
• Tools: Proficiency in SQL and Excel; knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
• Familiarity with acquiring, sub-acquiring, payment gateways, and anti-fraud tools is a plus;
• Knowledge of AI tools.
