Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex scenarios based on data and trends, proposing solutions that add value to the business.
• Build and validate machine learning models for demand forecasting and customer behavior analysis.
• Propose and implement improvements in data analysis and delivery processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop strategic dashboards and reports in Power BI for various company departments.
• Research and apply new AI and automation techniques to enhance analytical and operational processes.
• Work collaboratively with data managers and business stakeholders to align solutions with strategic needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Practical experience with Power BI for dashboard and report creation.
• Knowledge in statistics and machine learning, including regression, classification, and time series forecasting.
• Proactive, autonomous profile with strategic vision and execution capacity.
• Good communication skills for interacting with business areas and presenting analyses and insights.

Differentials

• Experience in demand forecasting and stock planning projects.
• Practical experience in developing predictive models.
• Experience with process automation using Python and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and data project management.
