Responsibilities

• Interface and support activities with third-party accounting, conducting the routine of financial closing according to company movements, ensuring that financial reports (Balance Sheet, Trial Balances, DRE, etc.) reflect the company's reality and reconcile with managerial closing.
• Lead and execute routine closing activities, provisions, reclassifications, and managerial analyses, ensuring accurate financial representation.
• Perform detailed financial performance analyses of group companies, comparing preliminary, actual, and budgeted results, and prepare financial and managerial income statements (DRE) with explanations.
• Develop feasibility studies and analyses via projections of DRE, Cash Flows, and financial indicators.
• Create and manage the annual budget plan, collaborating with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Calculate and monitor the group's COGS, creating relevant indicators, and guiding involved parties to meet targets, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the department and in report creation, aiming for greater efficiency and quality of financial information across cost centers, brands, or units.
• Respond to executive demands by providing financial analyses and relevant information, including materials for monthly results meetings.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Office tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive with ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in the food service industry is a differential.
