Responsibilities

• Interface and support activities with third-party accounting, managing the financial closing routine according to company movements.
• Ensure that financial reports (Balance Sheet, Trial Balances, DRE, etc.) reflect the company's reality, reconciling with managerial closing.
• Conduct and execute activities related to closing routines, provisions, reclassifications, and managerial analyses, ensuring accurate representation of company figures.
• Perform detailed financial performance analyses of group companies, comparing preliminary, actual, and budgeted results, and prepare financial and managerial income statements (DRE) with explanations.
• Develop feasibility studies and analyses through projections of DRE, Cash Flows, and financial indicators.
• Create and manage the annual budget plan, collaborating with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Calculate and monitor the group's COGS, creating relevant indicators, and guiding teams to meet targets, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Identify process improvements within the department and in report and analysis creation to enhance efficiency and information quality.
• Respond to executive demands, providing financial analyses and relevant information for monthly result meetings.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Office tools.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactivity and deadline management.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in the food service industry is a differential.
