Responsibilities & Tasks

1. Analyze manufacturing events, monitor production, and assess financial impacts.
2. Validate activities related to accounting and financial departments concerning manufacturing.
3. Control expenses, manage stock movements, and perform stock balance checks.
4. Coordinate production controls to maintain manufacturing performance.
5. Apply methodologies to define activity costs and support strategic decisions.
6. Propose and implement accounting and administrative measures to prevent irregularities.
7. Analyze events and financial documents, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and company standards.
8. Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies and delays.
9. Prepare manufacturing schedules, validate standard costs, and analyze expenses.
10. Calculate and classify costs, manage inventory reports, and oversee manufacturing closing processes.
11. Manage ERP accounting entries and run actual cost analyses.
12. Perform stock and scrap analysis, prepare reports, and oversee inventory controls.
13. Assist with audits and ensure compliance with tax requirements.
14. Support new investments and product development calculations.
15. Conduct physical stock takes and review standard costs.
16. Perform other activities as assigned by your supervisor.

Education

Graduation in accounting, economics, or business administration.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in finance within manufacturing environments.
