Responsibilities:

1. Support in financial closing processes, including postings, reclassifications, and allocations of financial records.
2. Analyze processes and prepare management reports.
3. Assist operational areas with interfaces with the finance sector.
4. Help in preparing financial reports and statements for senior management.
5. Support the development of the annual budget plan, collaborating with other departments, consolidating data, and creating controls for better future monitoring.
6. Calculate the group's COGS per product, creating and monitoring indicators, spreadsheets, and methods to track inventory movement until reaching the final cost and product variation.
7. Coordinate with Fiscal, Accounting, Treasury, and Accounts Receivable departments.
8. Understand financial transactions and records by business unit, cost center, brand, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Complete higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Office tools.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactivity and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
• Experience in the food service industry is a plus.
