Responsibilities:

• Support in closing financial and managerial processes, including entries, reclassifications, and allocations of financial records.
• Analyze processes and prepare management reports.
• Assist operational areas with interfaces to the financial sector.
• Help prepare financial reports and statements for senior management.
• Support the development of the annual budget, interacting with other departments, compiling data, and creating controls for better future monitoring.
• Calculate the group's Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by product, creating indicators and tracking inventory movement to determine final costs and variances.
• Coordinate with Fiscal, Accounting, Treasury, and Accounts Receivable departments.
• Understand financial movements by business unit, cost center, brand, etc.

Requirements:

• Complete higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and other Office tools.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactivity and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
• Experience in the food service industry is a plus.
