Responsibilities:
- Support in closing financial and managerial processes, including entries, reclassifications, and allocations of financial records.
- Analyze processes and prepare management reports.
- Assist operational areas with interfaces to the financial sector.
- Help prepare financial reports and statements for senior management.
- Support the development of the annual budget, interacting with other departments, compiling data, and creating controls for better future monitoring.
- Calculate the group's Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by product, creating indicators and tracking inventory movement to determine final costs and variances.
- Coordinate with Fiscal, Accounting, Treasury, and Accounts Receivable departments.
- Understand financial movements by business unit, cost center, brand, etc.
Requirements:
- Complete higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and other Office tools.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactivity and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
- Experience in the food service industry is a plus.
