We are seeking a Senior Content Coordinator to lead the creation and execution of content strategies, aligning communication, branding, and digital engagement. The professional will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including designers, videomakers, copywriters, and a manager, ensuring all actions are connected with brand objectives.
- Develop and lead content strategies for various digital platforms.
- Create impactful narratives aligned with brand positioning.
- Plan and oversee the editorial calendar and campaign execution.
- Work directly with designers, videomakers, and copywriters, coordinating from production to final delivery of scripts, videos, digital campaigns, and promotional actions to ensure optimal content delivery.
- Manage and analyze metrics to optimize content strategies and engagement.
- Ensure the connection between storytelling and performance, creating content that generates real impact.
- Manage social media, including approving artworks and organizing global campaigns and communications, ensuring brand identity consistency.
- Create and update brand identity manuals and voice guidelines, organizing training and presentations for teams as needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment across different markets.
- Represent the brand in some content pieces; experience appearing in videos is desirable.
Qualifications:
- Complete higher education in marketing, graphic design, communication, advertising, or related areas.
- Strategic Skills: Strong understanding of brand needs and objectives in the digital environment, with experience in building customer journeys and social media engagement.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) and content platforms.
- Solid experience in content strategy, digital marketing, and branding across channels.
- Ability to oversee content and actions, including event, video, and photo productions.
- Data analysis skills and content optimization based on metrics.
- Familiarity with visual identity alignment and brand manuals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey constructive alignments.
- Ability to participate in presentations, validate, argue ideas, storytelling, and strategies for clients and interfaces.
