We are seeking an Account Manager to play a key role in the AVS (Amazon Vendor Services) team, fostering close management and partnerships with high-potential strategic vendors to accelerate their long-term growth in retail and deliver the best customer experience.   • Create and execute individual development plans for each vendor.
  • Monitor and report on vendor performance metrics.
  • Support vendors operationally.
  • Drive operational and financial results, developing strategies to increase revenue and margins.
  • Align strategies with stakeholders.
  • Analyze KPIs to ensure vendor performance.
  • Suggest process improvements and assist internal teams in implementation.
