Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining relationships with banks and suppliers, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Main Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with banks and suppliers to resolve financial issues;
• Process and reconcile bank payments and receipts;
• Record financial transactions in the Mega system;
• Monitor and update cash flow;
• Perform daily financial transactions;
• Generate and analyze financial reports.

Requirements and Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and resolve problems efficiently with high resilience;
• Highly motivated and organized, capable of working effectively;
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships;
• Emotional intelligence to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Proactive and analytical profile with attention to detail;
• Experience with active and receptive customer service;
• Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
• Graduation in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;
• Residence in Barueri or nearby regions;
• Availability to work 100% onsite.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Postgraduate degree or ongoing studies in related areas;
• Advanced Excel skills.
