The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence, with skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL. Qualificações

Job Purpose:

Transform corporate data into strategic insights through advanced analytics, executive dashboards, and process mapping to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics for different business areas.
• Conduct root cause analysis and performance variation investigations.
• Map business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Elaborate business cases with ROI and financial impact analysis.
• Create executive dashboards in Power BI/Tableau with data storytelling.
• Develop automated reports and alerts for operational management.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics.
• Experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, statistical analysis).
• Power BI/Tableau for data visualization and dashboards.
• Intermediate SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Process mapping and process analysis.
• Business acumen and strategic vision.
• Data storytelling and executive communication.
• Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (desirable).
• Knowledge of ERP/CMMS for operational analysis.
• Desirable certifications: Microsoft Power BI, Tableau Desktop, Lean Six Sigma.
