Medtronic is offering an internship in São Paulo, Brazil aimed at jumpstarting a career in manufacturing quality and supplier management. You will work with experienced professionals on real projects, learning methodologies and tools used across the industry to improve process and product quality.

The role emphasizes supplier qualification, nonconformance handling, and collaboration with Design and R&D teams to implement acceptance testing plans and data-driven improvements.

Qualificações

• Engineering or related technical degree in Production/Industrial/Electronic/Materials.
• Knowledge of quality systems procedures.
• Lean Green Belt preferred; basic project management helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify suppliers per company standards and manage acceptance criteria and inbound inspections.
• Qualify supplier changes via SCR portal and GSQ policies; assess impact.
• Manage external product nonconformances and monitor supplier performance.
• Support GMP compliance and supplier audit scheduling with Enterprise team.
• Collaborate with R&D engineers on supplier sampling and acceptance testing.

Seu dia a dia na Medtronic

• Qualificar fornecedores de acordo com os padrões da empresa e administrar planos de critérios de aceitação e inspeções de recebimento, garantindo conformidade com as políticas de GSQ e o impacto da qualidade.
• Gerenciar notificações de mudanças de fornecedores por meio do portal SCR e das políticas de GSQ, qualificando as mudanças conforme necessário.
• Gerenciar não conformidades de produtos externos.
• Monitorar as peças desde a aquisição até o ciclo de fabricação e solucionar problemas relacionados aos fornecedores externos.
• Apoiar a equipe Enterprise no cronograma de auditorias e garantir que os fornecedores sejam auditados regularmente, atendendo às Boas Práticas de Fabricação (GMP).
• Avaliar o desempenho geral dos fornecedores e fornecer feedback sobre suas operações.
• Colaborar com os engenheiros de P&D no desenvolvimento e implementação da amostragem de aceitação de fornecedores e recebimento com base no impacto da qualidade.
• Gerenciar mensalmente os dados de desempenho da qualidade dos fornecedores externos.
• Gerenciar ações corretivas e preventivas com os fornecedores, conforme necessário.
• Trabalhar com os processos ou sistemas dos fornecedores para melhorar seu desempenho.
• Definir os requisitos de inspeção de recebimento, conforme necessário, para componentes ou materiais fornecidos externamente.
• Seguir as diretrizes e os processos estabelecidos no Manual de Segurança, Saúde Ocupacional e Meio Ambiente.
• Seguir as normas e diretrizes estabelecidas pelo superior imediato, cumprindo as responsabilidades definidas para a função.

Requisitos

• Formação em Engenharia de Produção, Industrial, Eletrônica, Materiais ou áreas correlatas.
• Conhecimento de procedimentos de sistemas da Qualidade.
• Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas de melhoria de processos: Controle de Mudanças, FMEA, Validação, Minitab e RCA.
• Inglês avançado para escrita, fala e leitura.
• Desejável qualificação em Lean (mínimo Green Belt).
• Desejável conhecimento prático de gerenciamento de projetos ou formação na área.
