Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate to ensure accurate cost information, assisting in the proper accounting of industrial costs, and extracting relevant data from computerized systems.
2. Assist production employees with inventory control, expense management, personnel allocation, and creation of new cost centers.
3. Analyze and monitor special or unusual financial transactions upon request.
4. Review and critique deviations in spending or revenue according to specific case requirements.
5. Participate in collecting data and identifying the need for managerial performance reports for internal control and management reporting.
6. Support the improvement process based on external audit reviews, aiming at financial statement revisions.
7. Identify and transfer monetary advances related to Fixed Assets to control accounts, ensuring they are not depreciated.
8. Monitor daily direct taxes, reconcile assessment accounts with fiscal books, and manage related entries and balances.
9. Track collection settlements, reconcile bank statements, and ensure accurate accounting of receipts, expenses, and other transactions.
10. Analyze Balance Sheet accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accounting reports reflect true financial positions.
11. Account for sales invoices, analyzing and recording revenue, receivables, and tax provisions.
12. Manage payroll, financing, bank loans, and other financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and system entries using SAP R/3.
