Job Description

Analyzing viability, preparing commercial intelligence reports based on data to support Business Units in analyzing internal and market commercial information, as well as guiding procedures and policies of the commercial area to facilitate negotiations and support managerial decision-making.

• Support Business Units and Account Executives, in person, via phone, and email, in analyzing data and market information, guiding procedures and policies to assist negotiations;
• Assess viability and prepare commercial proposals according to each client's profile, following the company's Commercial Policy, to assist in decision-making regarding approval or rejection of proposals, aiming to close negotiations;
• Verify and implement negotiated proposals by comparing system entries with signed physical copies to ensure information reliability and consistency;
• Analyze the billing of commercial proposals, monitoring freight values shipped by the client, to ensure alignment with negotiations and profitability, aiming to meet revenue goals and ensure company sustainability;

Qualifications

• Complete Higher Education in Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in data analysis, market intelligence, or related areas.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power BI.
