Amazon is seeking a Learning Manager to support operations expansion through effective training solutions. Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Manager. This position will support operations expansion by implementing scalable solutions in order to guarantee quality of processes and drive standards adoption.
As Learning Manager, you will be responsible for training of two audiences: 1) Under the Roof Operations and 2) Leadership onboarding and development.
Your scope includes the definition of Learning area strategy and day-to-day operations of learning organization within Amazon Ops Leadership and Under the Roof. You will manage a team of Regional Learning Coordinators.
Key goal is to guarantee onboarding/training compliance in accordance with policies, procedures and standards. You will perform quality audits and follow up metric results to drive customer experience and performance improvement within the delivery network.- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced English Skills
- Team management experience
- Experience leading, teaching and developing people to deliver key organizational goals
- Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
- Cross-functional project management experience
- Process improvement experience via Kaizen and use of LEAN tools- Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field. MBA is a plus
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development.
- Ability to influence others
- Certifications in Six Sigma and Lean are a plus
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
- Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
