Amazon Logistics Brazil (AMZL) is looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join the AMXL (logistics operations for large items) team. This person will be the focal point for operational activities carried out by third-party partners. The operations take place 7 days a week, including holidays, with a 4x3 scale, distributed between front and back office teams.
The professional will be responsible for managing delivery stations operated by external logistics partners, ensuring the performance, compliance, and standardization of processes. It will play a fundamental role in tactical execution aimed at growth, expansion and maintenance of quality and operational excellence.
You will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic and fast-paced environment — closer to a start-up than to a large corporation. We adopt the mindset that no idea is bad and that the best ideas should be tested and tried.
It's essential that this person is able to thrive in an ambiguous and fast environment, delivering consistent results. Some of the activities will be carried out remotely, while others will include audits and in-person visits to the logistics partners' operations.
