The Regional IT Manager will oversee the IT infrastructure and service operations within the Americas region. This includes about 13 locations with approximately 1900 users. Ensuring seamless integration and support of IT systems in alignment with Business and Corporate IT strategy, standards, and architecture. Managing regional IT services including local Service Desk, onsite support, and desktop services to maintain high service standards.
