Job Description
- Assist in the creation of new recipes and adaptations as necessary.
- Assist in the pre-preparation of menu items, including hygiene and food cutting.
- Assist in controlling and planning the items used in the menu.
- Assemble and distribute service for Coffee Breaks and the Board of Directors.
- Collect and identify food samples.
- Transport food from preparation areas to refrigerators and greenhouses.
- Move perishable products from refrigerators and greenhouses to thermal counters.
- Remove perishable products from original packaging for pre-preparation and cooking activities.
- Assist in standardizing preparations with officers and chief cooks using standard recipes.
- Perform sanitation services in both internal and external areas of the restaurant.
- Conduct daily cleaning of equipment and utensils.
- Participate in work safety and internal philosophy initiatives.
- Follow coordination guidelines, maintaining a participative and dedicated attitude relevant to the work area.
Additional Job Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Complete high school education.
- Availability for shift work.
- On-site work in Sorocaba/SP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a restaurant environment.
