Responsibilities

1. Assist in the production of bread, cakes, and tarts according to the company's recipes and standards.
2. Follow specifications for time, temperature, and quantities to ensure product quality and standardization.
3. Perform daily cleaning of equipment, machinery, and utensils to maintain hygiene and food safety.
4. Assist the Sector Leader in preparing and organizing biweekly inventory for efficient resource management.

Preferred Experience

Experience as a Baker's Assistant, knowledge of fermentation, and bread dough production are advantageous.

Work Schedule

6x1 (one day off per week) and Sundays 2x1 (two days off after working two days), with flexible hours.
