Responsibilities and assignments

As part of our team, you’ll take responsibility for the Advanced Air Mobility Traffic Management application project, managing and delivering its development. Specifically, you’ll:

• Understand Air Traffic Management environment to engage customers, understand their goals, and translate customer requirements into clear documentation for internal teams.
• Build relationships with industry partners: government agencies, city planners, airlines, UAM operators, and aviation technology firms.
• Represent the company in international meetings, conferences, summits, and partner events, acting as a professional bridge between the company and international collaborators.
• Develop project scope, schedules, monitor budgets, resource plans, project performance using KPIs, and prepare reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience in Regulatory & Navigation Policy: ability to interpret and adapt to evolving regulations from FAA, EASA, ICAO, ANAC, DECEA, and NASA for commercial deployment.
• Knowledge in Air Traffic Management (ATM) & Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM), with expertise in ATM systems and UTM frameworks for low-altitude airspace.
• Experience in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and monitoring performance using KPIs, with the ability to present reports to senior management.
• Knowledge in risk identification and mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Fluency in English; our team is truly bilingual.
• A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude and informal leadership skills.
• Self-starter able to work with limited supervision and guidance.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Additional information

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

• Familiarity with AAM ATM & UTM, expertise in ATM systems and frameworks for low-altitude airspace.
• Knowledge of the AAM market, key players, and regulatory landscape.
• Understanding of UAM concepts, including eVTOL operations and ecosystem.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
