Röhlig Logistics is seeking an Air Export Operator in São Paulo to manage the full routine of air export operations and coordinate international shipments from origin to destination. You will issue and manage documentation (HAWB, MAWB, AWB) and ensure visibility through proactive follow-ups.

The role requires experience in freight forwarding, strong attention to detail, and effective communication with customers and partners.

Qualificações

• Experience in Freight Forwarding and Air Export operations.
• Knowledge of international logistics processes and shipment coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• English reading and writing proficiency.
• Higher education in progress or completed (preferred).
• Spanish language skills are a nice to have.
• Experience with CargoWise One is a plus.
• Valid DGR certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full routine of Air Export operations.
• Coordinate international shipments from origin to destination.
• Issue and manage shipping documentation, including HAWB, MAWB, and AWB.
• Perform local and destination follow-ups to ensure shipment visibility.
• Confirm shipments and monitor operational deadlines.
• Manage process invoicing and related documentation.
• Prepare Intercompany (RO) and local quotations.
• Request quotations and maintain communication with airlines and transportation providers.
• Arrange pickups with carriers and bookings with airlines.
• Maintain communication with exporters, overseas agents, and customers.
• Support other department activities as required.

What you bring

• Previous experience in Freight Forwarding and Air Export operations

• Knowledge of international logistics processes and shipment coordination

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams

• English skills (minimum reading and writing)

• Higher education in progress or completed (preferred)

• Spanish language skills (nice to have)

• Experience with CargoWise One system (nice to have)

• Valid DGR certification (nice to have)
