Job summary

Crosva in Singapore is seeking an AI Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications that drive innovation across the organisation. You will work on scalable AI systems, translate business requirements into robust software, and contribute to the full development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with data scientists and product managers, implement and optimise models for production, review code, and stay current with advancements in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience developing software using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with data structures, software design patterns, and OO/functional programming paradigms.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative workflows.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

What we're looking for

• Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing, continuous integration, and deployment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Preferred: Familiarity with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Preferred: Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or deep learning specialisations
• Preferred: Contributions to open-source AI or machine learning projects
• Preferred: Experience in VS Code, Cursor, Google AI Studio, Google Antigravity.
