Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content for safety, bias, and ethical alignment. This is a fully remote hourly contract role open to curious, analytical thinkers with no required prior AI experience.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated content against safety, fairness and ethical standards.
• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias and appropriateness.
• Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines.
• Write clear, structured feedback documenting policy-related concerns and reasoning.
• Work across diverse topics, content types, and real-world scenarios.
• Complete assignments independently on your own schedule.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to curious, analytical thinkers from any background. No prior experience in AI or policy is required.

What You'll Do
