CloudWalk, Inc. is seeking an AI GTM Engineer in Brazil to build backend services, APIs and integrations that support customer journeys and product growth.

You will develop AI agents for acquisition, onboarding and adoption, and implement logic for offers, referrals, subscriptions and launches. You will design experiments across the customer lifecycle, analyze behavior with SQL and customer data, and own delivery from design through deployment and monitoring.

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs and integrations that support customer journeys and product growth.
• Build and evolve AI agents for acquisition, customer interactions and product adoption.
• Implement the logic and integrations behind new offers, referral programs, subscriptions and product launches.
• Design and run experiments across the customer lifecycle, defining hypotheses, success metrics and criteria for scaling.
• Use SQL and customer data to understand behavior, identify opportunities and measure the impact of your work.
• Own delivery from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write maintainable, documented code, troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve reliability.

As an AI GTM Engineer, you will build software that helps customers discover, adopt and get more value from CloudWalk’s products. Working with the SMB team, you will develop backend services, integrations and AI agents across the customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding to product adoption and cross-selling.

We’re looking for a hands‑on engineer who can turn business challenges into working software, combining strong coding skills with curiosity about customer behavior and experimentation.
