About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer Specialist to join our team. You will design, implement, and advance generative AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI functionalities in Digibee's Platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Research, design, and develop generative AI models and algorithms.
• Implement and optimize deep learning architectures for generative tasks, focusing on text generation.
• Collaborate with teams to define goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Train and fine-tune models using large datasets.
• Evaluate and improve model performance.
• Stay updated with AI advancements and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Write clean, maintainable code and document findings.
• Participate in code reviews and develop tools for AI research.
• Create AI-based features based on insights from sales and customer success teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative models.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and neural network architectures.
• Knowledge of NLP tools and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with LLMs like GPT, Bard, or LLaMA.
• Knowledge of data engineering and MLOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as SageMaker or Vertex AI.
• Master's degree in Data Science or related fields.
• Familiarity with graphs and GNNs.
