Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions focusing on supply chain optimization, operational efficiency, and data quality initiatives. This role builds production-ready models, Agentic AI apps, and RAG solutions while supporting AI infrastructure and MLOps.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, advance CI/CD, and ensure robust model performance in production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML Engineering experience.
• Experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience developing Generative AI applications using LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and AI Agents.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and model optimization techniques.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end software development and solution architecture.
