What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable APIs for our payments ecosystem;
• Architect innovative technical solutions in collaboration with leaders and cross-functional teams;
• Transform traditional workflows into AI-optimized processes to enhance productivity;
• Build and maintain automated test suites to ensure quality;
• Investigate and resolve production issues efficiently;
• Utilize AI tools and frameworks to optimize development, including AI-assisted code analysis, automated testing, and predictive solutions;
• Mentor and inspire fellow engineers to foster technical growth;
• Lead initiatives exploring AI's potential to transform processes and impact customers.

What You Need To Succeed:

• Passion for AI and Automation: Curiosity to explore AI's role in transforming software engineering;
• Strong Experience with Golang: Proficiency in developing with Golang and managing critical infrastructures;
• Advanced Technical Skills: Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies;
• Familiarity with Brazil’s Payments Ecosystem: Understanding systems like SPI, SPB, CIP, and installment payments;
• Fluent English: Ability to communicate clearly within a multicultural, distributed team;
• Autonomy and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote team environment;
• Experience with AI and Automation Tools: Familiarity with technologies like ChatGPT, Cursor, AI-assisted debugging tools, or machine learning-enhanced CI/CD pipelines.
