Allianz Partners is seeking an AI Business Analyst to transform operational processes through AI, automation and data-driven solutions. You will work with the RSA Excellence & Performance team to identify opportunities, develop AI-supported tools, and create structured summaries from diverse data sources.

You will collaborate with global teams, apply data governance principles and contribute to improving training and quality processes with dashboards and analytics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and data visualization.
• Strong analytical mindset and business curiosity.

Responsabilidades

What You Will Do

• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve operational processes, particularly within Complaints Management.
• Develop and enhance AI-supported solutions that help teams access relevant case information and make better-informed decisions.
• Create structured case summaries by combining different sources of operational and customer information.
• Work closely with operational teams to continuously improve AI outputs based on real cases and evolving business needs.
• Use AI tools, digital platforms and data visualization to improve Training & Quality processes.
• Support the development of automated dashboards to monitor training completion, quality KPIs and performance trends.
• Pilot new training approaches and support teams in adopting AI tools.
• Collaborate with global teams and contribute to projects across areas such as Complaints, Fraud and operational performance.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-5 years of experience in data, operations, business analytics, training or quality, including relevant internships or academic projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Engineering, or an equivalent background.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, digital platforms and data visualization.
• Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly and in alignment with our standards for data governance, security and ethical uses.
• Strong analytical mindset and business curiosity.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate in a global and multicultural environment.
