Wotransfer Pte. Ltd. seeks a backend AI developer to lead high-performance API construction and participate in architecting Agent services. The role emphasizes clean documentation and staying current with AI tech, including open-source ecosystems.

Candidates should have a foundation in vector databases, PyTorch, Docker, Linux, and at least one programming language (Python/Go/Java/Node.js). 1 year of experience or recent Singapore graduate is desired.

Qualificações

• Understanding vector databases and RAG/search concepts.
• Basics of PyTorch; model training and deployment preferred.
• Familiarity with Docker builds, Linux, Shell scripting, and web scraping.
• Proficiency in Python/Go/Java/Node.js.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience or recent Singapore grad.
• Active in open source platforms (Hugging Face, GitHub).
• Experience with open source AI projects/publications is a plus.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ComfyUI, Dify, Nonebot, AutoGen, Swarm, LlamaIndex, LangChain.
• Own code should be high quality and learn rapidly.

Job Responsibilities

• 1) Responsible for backend business development and high-performance API construction, participating in architecture design and optimization;
• 2) Maintain good code commenting and documentation habits to ensure API documentation is clear and easy to use;
• 3) Participate in the development and iteration of Agent services, reading and analyzing relevant open source project code;
• 4) Maintain a keen eye on cutting-edge AI technologies and apply them to real-world projects;

Job Requirements

• 1) Understand the basic concepts of vector databases and be familiar with RAG search and knowledge base construction;
• 2) Master the basics of PyTorch; experience with model training and inference deployment is preferred;
• 3) Familiarity with Docker builds, Linux systems, Shell scripting, and scraping;
• 4) Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Java/Node.js);
• 5) At least one year of relevant work experience, or a 1-2 year undergraduate or recent master's degree graduate from Singapore;
• 6) Passionate about cutting-edge technologies and the open source ecosystem, and active on platforms such as Hugging Face and GitHub;
• 7) Experience with high-quality open source projects and AI Priority will be given to applicants with relevant paper publications or AI project experience.
• 8) Familiarity with one of the following frameworks: ComfyUI, Dify, Nonebot, AutoGen, Swarm, LlamaIndex, LangChain.
• 9) Responsible, accountable for the quality and bug-free nature of their own code, with a strong learning ability and the ability to quickly master new technologies.
