About RoverPass
RoverPass is a fast-growing startup in the hospitality and travel industry, providing cutting-edge reservation and operational solutions for RV parks and campgrounds. As we scale, we're looking for AI Automation Engineers and Workflow Automation Developers with hands-on experience using tools like n8n, OpenAI APIs, and chatbot frameworks to help us automate internal processes and optimize business performance.

What You’ll Do
As part of our AI & Automation initiative, you will:

• Design and implement workflow automations using n8n or similar tools to streamline repetitive tasks in customer support, finance, HR, and marketing.

• Build and deploy chatbots that integrate with our internal systems and tools (CRM, databases, forms, etc.) to guide users or perform actions automatically.

• Set up LLM-powered assistants (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) to automate operations like data processing, email generation, form parsing, or customer service inquiries.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify use cases, build low-code automations, and iterate on solutions based on feedback.

• Ensure proper integration of AI tools with existing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, DigitalOcean, etc.).

• Explore and test different AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, Deepgram, AssemblyAI) and RPA solutions when relevant.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in workflow automation using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar low-code tools
Strong knowledge of AI APIs, especially OpenAI’s GPT models, and how to integrate them into workflows
Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or agent-like workflows that interact with users or process backend actions
Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys)
(Bonus) Some scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for advanced customization inside n8n
(Bonus) Experience working with CRM, ERP, ATS, or Helpdesk platforms
