Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced AI Agent Power Users to contribute to an enterprise AI training project focused on evaluating AI assistants in real-world business workflows. This is a remote contractor role across multiple regions.

You will run complex, multi-step workflows with tools like ChatGPT and Claude, document findings, score outputs against rubrics, and provide actionable feedback to product teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in any business function involving technology and operational problem-solving.
• Excellent written English and strong documentation skills.
• Experience creating or applying evaluation rubrics, QA scorecards, content review guidelines, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Excellent written English and strong documentation skills.
• Authorized for contract work and located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
