Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agro Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities at Banvit BRF

• Recording field data of broiler houses into the system.
• Calculating grower payments.
• Monitoring active flocks from chick entry to slaughter.
• Managing systematic movements of the field team.
• Planning chick placement and slaughter schedules.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on broiler production.

Key Competencies

• Knowledge of poultry production processes in Agro and/or Industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
• Flexibility and quick decision-making abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with related departments, balancing interests.
• Problem analysis and resolution skills.
