Swiss Re - Schweizerische Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft is seeking an experienced professional to expand its Agro Insurance Business in São Paulo, Brazil. The candidate must have over two years of experience in the Agro Insurance market, especially in Crop Insurance and Livestock. A Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or a related field is required. The role includes developing commercial strategies and defining strategic distribution channels. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus in this collaborative environment.

About the Role

You would be responsible for expanding the Agro Insurance Business, seeking new solutions and developing Distribution Channels!

• Define and drive the business expansion strategy for the Livestock/Bloodstock and Property Rural Lines as well as balance the Crop portfolio;
• Develop the commercial strategy align with the underwriting leaders;
• Define, prospect and monitor strategic distribution channels;
• Support the Corso commercial structure in Agro Products

About You

Must have:

• More than 2 years of experience in this Agro Insurance market, expertise in Crop Insurance, Property Rural (machinery/equipment) and Livestock;
• Good knowledge in Brazilian Agribusiness and strong relationships with brokers and distribution channels;
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in the following areas: Agronomy, Zootecnics, Agricultural Engineering or similar courses in rural science;

Nice to have:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
