Descrição:

1. Curate and conduct strategic innovation-focused client visits.
2. Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships, providing insights and intelligence to address business problems.
4. Facilitate innovation workshops for clients, focusing on specific technology trends and areas of interest.
5. Collaborate with technology and domain experts to deliver comprehensive and impactful workshops that drive innovation and transformation for the clients.
6. Develop and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that showcase capabilities and expertise in emerging technology areas.
7. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that innovation initiatives are aligned with client needs and will ensure desired outcomes.
8. Provide thought leadership and insights on emerging technologies and industry best practices to guide clients through their innovation journeys.
9. Identify and articulate the business value proposition of innovative solutions based on emerging technologies to clients.
10. Leverage the collective knowledge and capabilities to deliver innovative and tailored solutions to clients.
11. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
12. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
13. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Proven experience in innovation leadership, technology evangelism, or a similar role.
2. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to conduct design thinking workshops and engage audiences on strategic technology topics.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels within client organizations.
4. A passion for technology and innovation with a deep understanding of current and emerging trends.
5. Ability to think strategically and translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for executive audience.
6. A strong team player who is comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to a startup-like working environment.
7. Be able to work with different teams within client organization and collaborate to deliver initiatives with stringent timelines.
8. Possesses strong leadership, excellent communication skills with service-oriented attitude to build productive work relationship and goal-oriented client focus.
9. Good to have solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, hardware, and web technologies.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Must be fluent in Portuguese and English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, business, or a related field.
3. 5 years of prior experience in Design Thinking / Innovation, market research, business analysis, or a related field.
4. Detail-orientation with strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficient in research and analysis, capable of interpreting complex data and extracting actionable insights.
6. Experience in conducting client visits and facilitating workshops is highly desirable.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
