The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as an Agentic AI Engineer. You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their designers and engineers daily.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Experience creating, deploying, and scaling enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems.
• Ability to design and build autonomous or semi-autonomous agents with multi-step reasoning.
• Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and generative AI trends.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), LLMs (OpenAI, Vertex AI), and AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen).
• Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), memory management, tool use planning, and AI safety.
• Developing and optimizing AI/ML models using Python and frameworks like LangChain.
• Integrating and deploying AI solutions into production environments.
• Designing scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining production AI systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to take ownership and meet commitments.
• Dedication to aligning with client goals and delivering quality work.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
