What is Required (Qualifications):

- 5+ years of industry sales experience with B2B accounts
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build relationships at the executive level
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of building go-to-market strategies and sales plans
- HVAC/R industry experience or experience as an HVAC contractor/technician
- Experience with 80/20, Policy Deployment methodologies, and CRM systems
- A hunter mentality with a strong focus on success
- Experience leading and motivating team members
