Training Delivery and Certification
- Maintain the required level of technical expertise by participating in PAG training for trainers.
- Perform technical training to dealer technicians.
- Manage and supervise Instructor-Led Training (ILT).
- Offer technical training to service advisors.
- Manage ZPT (Certified Porsche Technician) program: target setting, training, testing, and certification.
- Manage High Voltage Qualification and Certification (HVE/HVT).
- Achieve technical training targets and KPIs.
- Deliver service advisor certification through PGCS (Porsche Global Certification System).
- Manage after-sales non-technical training to meet targets and KPIs.
Training Management
- Assess the knowledge level of the Dealer After Sales Strategic Team and identify training needs.
- Organize annual training plans, including budgeting, venue, invitations, and participant management.
- Maintain training history and results for after-sales staff.
- Ensure availability of training facilities and vehicles.
- Develop and manage training materials, including procurement and maintenance.
- Participate in PAG Train the Trainer seminars and the International Training Conference.
LMS/CMS Management (PPN Support)
- Manage PPN user accounts and certificates for after-sales personnel.
- Support and resolve operational issues related to PPN.
- Analyze training database and reports.
- Manage web-based training (WBT) learning paths for affected personnel.
- Maintain and update global learning content and methodology.
- Create and adapt training materials, workbooks, and manuals.
- Train local trainers to support PBR certification strategy.
Translation and Proofreading of Documents and Information
- Proofread the Driver's Manual, manage printing of the Brazilian version, and supply to VPC.
- Provide translation and proofreading support for PPN content and training materials.
- Translate and proofread WBT and Theory Test questionnaires.
- Proofread service information materials.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage sales funnel tracking and follow-up processes.
- Analyze sales funnel indicators to optimize dealer processes.
- Support market research activities with customer data and measure identification.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
- Automotive technical training, training organization, and High Voltage Expert (HVE) certification.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in technical training or related fields.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience in bodywork and repair, with aluminum expertise, is desirable.

- Ability to conduct public presentations.
- Strong automotive knowledge and 'car culture'.
