About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Affiliate Manager to lead our Affiliate Marketing program. Responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and recruiting new affiliates and partnerships, working closely with Business Development, managing relationships, and developing strategies to support affiliate programs.

This role requires autonomous work, strategic thinking, and operational involvement, with a start-up mentality. Leadership and hands-on execution are essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow channels and relationships supporting the affiliate program.
  2. Lead all phases of external and internal affiliate programs, including launching, maintaining, marketing, reporting, and optimization.
  3. Work with Business Development to prospect new affiliates.
  4. Recruit, negotiate, and evaluate advertising agreements with new partners.
  5. Maintain and oversee relationships with affiliates and partners.
  6. Coordinate with brand managers on content for partners.
  7. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
  8. Manage monthly payments, media buying, rate negotiations, and renewals.
  9. Ensure ongoing communication and partnership success.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  2. 3-4 years in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or business development.
  3. Proficiency in Google Analytics GA4, media platforms, affiliate marketing tools, UTM creation, Excel, and analytics.
  4. Knowledge of SEM, paid social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital channels.
  5. Proven negotiation and campaign management skills.
  6. Advanced English language skills.

Desirable:

  • Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (not mandatory).

  • Attention to detail and strong communication, especially with legal, product, and marketing teams.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
