2 Affiliate Heads, 3 Affiliate Managers

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, ideally with igaming (S2) offers
• Ability to find and onboard media buyers and webmasters
• Understanding of RevShare/Deposit Share/Fix mechanics
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Highly goal-oriented, proactive, and self-starting

Preferred: Passion for CS2 and gaming, access to affiliate communities, Telegram groups, or traffic marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new affiliates across various traffic sources
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance
• Identify new traffic opportunities and niches
• Support affiliates with resources and assistance
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams
• Report weekly on recruitment and performance metrics
