Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation systems
• Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical aspects of cardiac mapping and CAS products
• Promote the safe and effective use of CAS products and ensure adherence to sales objectives
• Cultivate customer relationships to drive business growth and identify potential sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to conduct customer training and support initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Ability to interact with computers and perform physical tasks associated with the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
• Proven experience with technical training assignments
• Experience in cardiac catheter ablation and EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range of $120,000.00 - $125,000.00
