Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Assist in data entry in the operational system.
2. Review publications and schedule deadlines.
3. Research and update on new processes.
4. Assist in preparing monthly reports and client presentations.
5. Organize legal files and documents.
6. Draft legal documents of medium to high complexity.
7. Attend hearings and deliver oral arguments.
8. Familiarity with electronic processes: protocols, research, etc.

Qualifications

• Law degree with active OAB registration.
• Experience in the field, in a company or law firm, effectively as a lawyer.
• Availability for in-person work.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, proactive profile.
• Knowledge of the ELAW system is a plus.
