Join to apply for the Advogado Sênior (São Paulo/SP) role at Ecogen Brasil.

Act as a technical and strategic reference in the area of commercial contracts, taking direct front-line responsibility for internal and external client relationships to analyze, draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts, with a special emphasis on negotiations involving the energy and infrastructure markets. Ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and value creation for the business.

Responsibilities and duties

1. Analyze and draft commercial contracts;
2. Lead end-to-end negotiations with national and international counterparts, aligning commercial and legal interests;
3. Define negotiation strategies, redlines, and key clauses to mitigate risks;
4. Identify contractual, regulatory, and compliance risks, proposing alternatives and contingencies;
5. Issue legal opinions to support business decisions and prevent litigation;
6. Serve as the point of contact for the Legal department with the Origination, Commercial, Engineering, Finance, and ESG teams;
7. Guide project teams and leadership on contractual obligations, deadlines, and notifications.

Requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law;
• Fluent in English;
• Active and regular OAB registration;
• Experience in contract management.
