Qualificações

• Experiência em processos de regularização de propriedades.

Workplace: São Paulo - SP

Job type: Full-time employee

Responsibilities include supporting the regularization processes of property records (rectification), formatting areas (unification and subdivision), assisting in the assembly of folders and registration of real estate incorporation and condominium establishment, as well as in the creation of real rights (servitude, fiduciary alienation, and mortgage). Additionally, support the constitution of committees for allocation patrimony and condominium meetings, advise involved areas on project deliveries, and assist in controlling IPTU and other taxes applicable to the land and units of the projects.

1. Regularization of properties (e.g., record rectification, low INCRA, cancellation of CAR, IPTU registration)
2. Preparation of instruments for condominium establishment registration
3. Preparation of legal instruments for incorporation registration
4. Participate in meetings at the Real Estate Registry Office
5. Complete higher education in Law
6. Specialization in real estate and registry law
